Fido & Fashion – Dogs Want to be fashionable, too
Fido and fashion … I never thought the dog of the words and the way they go together, but it is 2010 and all you need do is walk through Petsmart to realize that dogs have come a long way, and rightly so.
Why in the world to dress my dogs in a fleece jacket, but lo and behold, a few years ago a close friend gave my two beloved (both are about 70 pounds) of wool plaid jackets, I proudly strutted around the neighborhood in. I'm not sure if they were refrigerated or chilled, was for them, but it looked good!
This is quite ironic because I lived in Montana for many years and the idea of dressing me in clothes furkids was never considered. Tish and Tana (a mixture of lab and poodle) seemed very happy running naked in the snow! Well, I suppose not entirely, who had in their birthday suits skin. That was then and this is now.
I think I do greater appreciation more and more the company of my furry creatures give me. And therefore, your comfort is a high priority for me. We have created such creatures domesticated target = "_self" title = "Paws for inspiration"> "is just a dog."
