Point Reyes (Wildcat Camp) I take a dog? Please answer THX!?

I'm thinking of bringing my puppy (2 yo lab collie mix borders) in a walk is 6 miles. long, the elevation is the term 'cost' and she will have to carry water for 2.5 days, and as food. She has her own dog out of the bag, but I'm more concerned about wildlife and sleep at night? I would say that she listens when necessary, and otherwise 80-90% of the time … lol not one hundred percent because I've been consistent, but is obviously distracted when there are squirrels and deer … more than squirrels Does anyone know what kind of wildlife are typically there and how the dogs react with (coyotes, raccoons, deer, bears? ..) Dogs are not allowed on the road Wildcat Camp. Not that that should stop, but just saying. But yes, there is wildlife, and while I think "no dogs" policies are totally and BS be overlooked (humans cause damage path, so do not allow dogs there is no point / tangent), it is still important be respectful of wildlife. If she is of good behavior and not prosecute / otherwise harass wildlife (which, in addition to rodents and larger mammals salamanders are also tracks, etc. .. that can be easily injured or killed by bad behavior of a dog or a person) after her. If not, better not take it or keep it at bay if you do. Water and everything that depends on how much you and she are drinking. I usually bring a bottle for my dog, but six miles is not really long enough to need myself. But everyone is different, of course. And I've never done well all night camped … I guess what would normally bring drink in that time period. But, hey, if your goal was just to go hiking, I can not imagine spending 2 1 / 2 days in 6 miles (more like 2 1 / 2 hours perhaps). EDIT to the person below: coyotes are not aggressive – stories that are the exception here lately and how exaggerated (I've lived around coyotes most of my life and never had a problem … in fact, in my experience, flee from anything half its size or larger). And dogs are killed by cars on the street, but certainly not prohibited in urban areas. And humans are sometimes deaths caused by wildlife (but more often vice versa) but that does not seem to justify the closing parks to people (although, from an environmental standpoint and ecology, it would make much sense.) So cited a rare case does not really hold it up as a general rule. Again, if you are respectful of wildlife and your dog can be fully trusted with all kinds of animals, then go for it.
